I have been going to the chiropracter and i have never felt better

not just physically but emotionally

it is wonderful

i cant help it but im at a point where i love my friends so much

but it just sux that my own face cant love me back

so the other day I got so wood from the garage cut them nailed them together to make a frame then i took and old tshirt and stretched it around the frame to make a "canvas" and so now im painting a picture and i can already tell this will be a good one. :) 

i just felt like i had to update a little so i did.
